Spiritual Direction

A spiritual director helps one grow in relationship with Jesus.

• In spiritual direction the directee shares what they are experiencing in relationship with God.

• The role of the director is to listen, walk alongside, pray, and encourage.

• Both people are listening for God and noticing where He is showing up.

In individual spiritual direction the director and directee meet 1:1 every 4-6 weeks.

Group spiritual direction meets once a month September-May.

What spiritual direction is not: giving advice, therapy, life coaching, or telling someone what to do.
