Dawn Ruff

Dawn wanted to train as a spiritual director after completing the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius. Knowing first hand the transformative power of the Exercises, she has a passion to connect the Creator with His creation, and a great desire to see people deepen their love and friendship with Jesus. She received her certification through Dovehouse Ministries and has directed silent retreats, monthly spiritual direction, and the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius.

Dawn has been an educator for the past twenty years, and received her BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, M.Ed. from Vanderbilt University and Ed.D. from Trevecca University in Nashville, TN. She is a member of Spiritual Directors International. She has recently moved to Pawleys Island, SC with her husband of 35 years, 16-year-old son, and two dogs. Additionally, she has two adult daughters and a son-in-law.
