Frances Regan
Frances grew up in a Christian home and at the age of 19 met two women who changed the direction and focus of her life forever. It was at this time, through the influence of these women, that she came to know a personal relationship with the Lord. Her passion and desires from that day forward have been to help others come to know the Lord and to help them grow in their faith.
She and her husband have spent 20 years working cross-culturally in the Philippines, as church planters, primarily with two indigenous people groups. While there, she assisted her husband in the work and homeschooled two of their daughters while living in the tribe. Later their third daughter was born in Manila during the throes of the Revolution. In the latter years of their work in the Philippines, she along with her husband assisted and interned in a Marriage and Family Counseling program at Alliance Biblical Seminary in Manila.
Since returning home from the Philippines, she has been involved in 12 Step Recovery Programs, Stephen Ministry, Women’s Prison Ministry, and RCIA. Frances holds two certificates in Spiritual Direction from David Lipscomb University and Dovehouse Ministries.
She and her husband live in Nashville. They have three lovely daughters and six grandchildren. Frances works full time at a Law Firm in Franklin, TN and has been a Spiritual Director since 2012.
